I came across a wonderful website today - oceanofocd.com
the idea: watching videos that express the chaos in one's head will make one feel less afraid and less alone. watching from a distance is a big relief - now we can see it's obsessive-compulsive disorder, and we're not alone in this. The site has a few interesting videos. Go take a look.
